EASY GUIDE TO TATTOO CARE
Your tattoo was made with care to ensure top quality, the rest is up to you. Please follow these simple care instructions for the healing process of the tattoo to insure the best healed results.
-After the tattooer applies the clear bandage, it should be left on for 2 to 3 days. It is normal to see a collection of blood and fluids under the bandage. If the bandage peels or is punctured and leaking occurs, you may remove the bandage.
-When it is time to remove the bandage do you still in the shower removing it slowly and gently under warm water to loosen the adhesive. Remove the bandage in the direction of hair growth. After the bandage is removed, wash the tattoo with antibacterial fragrance free soap, such as Dial gold. Continue to do this twice a day for the first two weeks.
Apply a water-based fragrance free lotion 2 to 3 times a day as well.
-Do not pick or scratch at your tattoo, this can cause loss of color and infection.
-Do not soak your tattoo or allow it to be exposed to direct sunlight for the duration of the healing process.
